customers! The Fat Tuna has been preparing boxed lunches
for this area for almost two years. We
are now introducing a new “Gourmet” Boxed Lunch program and expanding
our delivery area.
Our
new gourmet boxed lunches include a fresh, made to order
sandwich, a homemade side salad, fresh baked cookie or desert
bar, a cold beverage and pickle spear. Each sandwich is made
using fresh gourmet breads or wraps, Boars Head Brand meat & cheese,
and produce from our local growers. Our side salads and cookies
are made right here and are always fresh and tasty! Click here

So
for your next corporate meeting, client luncheon, or staff
appreciation day, treat them to something special… a
gourmet boxed lunch from The Fat Tuna! We can service orders
from 5 lunches to 300+ lunches.
When
you are ready to order, simply
fill out our boxed lunch form and
fax it to 237-8923 by 10:00am on the day your meal is needed.
(Please give generous notification for lunches over

A quick and easy way to serve your guests ready-made sandwiches that look
and taste great! Sandwiches are made with white, wheat, and marble-rye
breads, and filled with Boars Head Brand Ovengold turkey, deluxe ham, roast
beef, our famous tuna salad, homemade chicken salad, sharp cheddar cheese,
premium Swiss cheese, picante provolone green leaf lettuce and tomato.

a wrap!
A beautiful presentation of three flavorful wraps that are sure to accommodate
all of your guests unique tastes. The first is a garlic herb wrap filled
with Boars Head Brand Salsalito turkey, havarti cheese, tomato, cucumber,
sprouts and roasted red pepper, with parmesan pepper dressing; the second
is a spinach tortilla with cream cheese, Boars Head Brand deluxe ham, lettuce,
tomato, and red onion and the third is a sun-dried tomato tortilla filled
with mozzarella and pepper jack cheese, baby spinach, tomato, red onion,
green olives, banana peppers and ranch dressing.

The Mondo Italian, a combination of Boars Head Brand salami, pepperoni, and ham
with mozzarella cheese & veggies, and The Veggie, made with cream cheese,
